Following are the stages for the domain to be available in the market after expiry:
1) Renewal grace period for the first 36 days from the date of expiry.
2) Queued for deletion for 5-7 days
3) Redemption Grace period (Pending Delete Restorable) which stays for 30 days
4) Deletion phase which is 5-7 days wherein the domain gets deleted from the registry and is available for registration by anyone.
You can restore the domain in the Redemption Grace period for a higher cost. If you want the normal prices then you'll have to wait for the domain to be available in the market. Please note that domains can be booked by anyone once it is available in the market.
